Freight Broker Agent Requirements :

• 2+ years experience in trucking operations, brokerage sales/service, and/or dispatching operations.
• Must have active and current account activity and a demonstrable track record of success.
• Must Possess : The ability / know how to run your own independent freight agent office including servicing your shippers and carriers from beginning to end of their loads.
• Accurately bidding your loads and maintaining a healthy margin.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
